IS COACHING NECESSARY FOR REPEATING THE JEE? (Discussion)

I want to know if going for coaching is a must for repeating IIT JEE next year(in 2010). I haven’t gone for any coaching or tuitions until now.

see the results of past 5 years. No of students in top 1000 ranks who took coaching. It is also true that only 5% of the students who join coaching institutes actually crack IIT. It depends form student to student, but if you are thinking to crack IIT without any support then it will very difficult. Coaching provides you a support in terms of material, tests, etc. Rest all depends on you.

see if u join a coaching den u will get an xposure of wat othr ppl r doing for cracking jee and it will suerly enanhance ur skills ….in case u hv never been into a coaching system den u might feel sumthing improved but if u hv already been into a coaching den dere is nt much need for repeating through a coaching u can join any gud test series or so…
