credit transfer confusion!! (Question)

hello i have just begun my second year in Bsc majoring in Computer Science but i have no interest in it and want to transfer to a good university in US with a major in liberal arts and sciences this spring as i have given my SAT.Is 1720 a respectable score?and also can you explain how this credit system works?Will any of my credits be transfered?or do i have to just start off as a freshmen?

The best way to find out if your credits from Computer Science will transfer is to contact the university of your choice in the U.S. and ask them. A lot will depend on the major – what are the core course requirements of the university and what other courses are accepted toward your degree. Good luck.
