I copied the Editing page and hope it will paste below – so you can see the problem. As previously stated, the Content portion of this page has no editiing tools – and the contents is show shown in a box of approximately 1-1/2” wide. I hope this helps as I am anxious to complete and publish my course.

At the end of the first course, students will be able to:
- Describe why laws governing injuries in the workplace were developed.
- List and describe the first set of laws enacted to address injuries in the work environment.
- List reasons why the laws were changed to the current form.
- Describe the role of the federal government in workers’ compensation laws.
- Describe the responsibilities of state governments for workers’ compensation laws.
- Describe the employer’s role in administering workers’ compensation laws.
- Explain the benefits of developing and maintaining a safety program.
- List and describe various factors to be considered during the planning stage of how injuries should be handled when they occur, actions during the recovery period, and return to work of the injured employee.
- Explain the potential consequences of not reporting injuries to the insurance carrier.
- Explain the difference between Workers’ Compensation coverage and Employers’ Liability coverage.
- Describe the litigation process and reasons why some workers’ compensation claims may be litigated.
