This lesson aims to help you start your LearnHub adventure with 5 easy steps!
Step 1 - Sign
upRegistering a Learnhub account lets you
create a profile, join and create communities, participate in
discussions and access tons of information.
All you need is a
working e-mail address.
Sign up
here!
Step #2 - Edit your Profile
Once you've signed up for Learnhub, you can edit your profile, also known as your Workspace. It is the central hub for all your activity. Generate some easy Authority points by adding personal information about yourself. To edit your profile, simply click the "Edit Profile" button found in your Workspace:

Here you can:
- Upload a photo of yourself or your favourite image
- Add your favourite quote in the Headline
- Share your Location
- Describe yourself and why you're on Learnhub
- Share your favourite books and philosophers
- Show which schools you have, or are, attending
Step #3 - Meet Mrs. Hubfellow
Right now you may be overwhelmed. Joining
the Learnhub Support community is a
great starting point.This community offers lessons and discussions
which can help you learn how to use Learnhub.
To find or join a community with a topic you're
interested in, use the community search. You can
even pick the language, category or country of your choice. The
more options you choose, the narrower your search results will
be.

Step #4 -
Join your first Community
To join a community that you're interested
in, click on the "Communities" tab at the top of the page. Use the
search bar to look at various communities in different categories -
these communities are listed by the number of Authority points they
have.
You can join communities such as Photography, Jazz, Creative Writing,
Inspirational
Thoguhts, Business Basics
or English. There are
also test preparation communities such as GMAT Prep
and GRE
Prep. As you can see, there are tons of communities for you to
choose from! In these communities you can have discussions and
debates with other people, read lessons on the subject, answer
trivia, and so much more!
Step #5 -
Invite your Friends
Inviting your friends, contacts, and/or colleagues to LearnHub is a great way to share your content, populate your community, and inform others about LearnHub. See the lesson How to: Inviting Contacts for instructions on how to invite contacts to enroll in your course, to join your community, or to join Learnhub.
